Job Purpose:

We at Marwadi Financial Services are looking for an account Opening Executive

Requirements:

- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Fresher's can also apply
- Location: Rajkot HO

Responsibilities:

- Account Opening (All Segments/Exchanges/DP/Repositories/NPS/KYC etc)
- Strictly follow the rules / regulations / guidelines by Authorities.
- Understanding of timely account opening service to clients.
- If any new / changed - rules / regulations / guidelines implemented, understanding of same and apply in that process.
- Guide & follow up the Branches / APs for hold / pending forms issues.
- Guide & follow up the Branches / APs for Rejection forms issues.




- Return & follow up of rejected form in time for resolution of same.
- Assist in communicating new changes in checklist/rules / regulations / guidelines to the Branch/SBs.
- Provide online help during account opening process both for physical or e-KYC process.
- Timely passes the form to team members for further processing.
- Coordination with Reporting Executive, if any query.
- Provide MIS report as and when required.

Skills:

- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be Accurate and responsible

Personality:

- Careful and diligent even meticulous with a good dose of common sense
- Efficient, effective and organized in both the physical and digital words
- Modestly confident and also personable, good humored and trustworthy
- Informal but 100% professional while respecting traditional courtesy and valuable manners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
