Redblox Technologies is hiring a Business Development Executive for our Pondicherry / Chennai (Onsite) location.

- Experience: 3+ Years

Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Handle international clients across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and other global markets.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demos, and negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain sales pipelines and reports using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with technical teams for project discussions and smooth project delivery.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.

Skills Required:





- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Sales / IT Services Sales.
- Mandatory experience handling International Clients.
- Strong experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience selling Software Development, Web Development, Mobile Applications, SaaS, or IT Services.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, Clutch, and similar lead generation platforms is preferred.
- Strong understanding of current technology trends and IT services.

- Candidates without IT Services Sales experience or International Client Handling experience are requested not to apply. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days and are willing to work onsite from Pondicherry or Chennai.
