Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting functions and should be proficient in Tally and/ or other accounting software such as Zoho Books, Busy, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle or similar ERP/ accounting platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Process purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Generate financial and management reports as required.





Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience in Tally and/ or any other accounting software such as Zoho Books, Busy, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and banking transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in handling end-to-end accounting processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Compensation

Salary: To be discussed during the interview based on qualifications, experience and skill set.
