We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Accountant to join our dynamic Accounts team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting business growth through accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up on pending payments with customers and vendors to ensure timely collections and disbursements.
- Maintain a systematic record of payment follow-ups and ensure prompt resolutions of outstanding dues.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, and GST/TDS filings as per statutory requirements.
- Prepare Financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors for financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing process.





Skill & Experience Requirements:

- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ ​years of ​working experience in accounting, (preferably in engineering manufacturing Industry.)
- Skills: Solid knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Compliance: Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
