Position Overview:
We are looking to fill Packaging Supervisor Jobs in India at our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit. This position is vital to maintaining smooth packaging operations, ensuring quality output, and managing packaging line teams. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, quality-focused, and capable of managing people and processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
✔Supervise day-to-day packaging line operations to meet production goals.
✔Monitor line performance, packaging quality, and staff productivity.
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and hygiene standards.
✔Train and lead packaging staff on standard operating procedures and quality practices.
✔Maintain accurate shift-wise records, material usage, and packaging documentation.
✔Coordinate with the Production, QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.
✔Troubleshoot issues in packaging equipment and escalate as required.
✔Support process improvements and contribute to overall plant efficiency.
✔Assist during audits and inspections by maintaining proper documentation.

Qualifications:
Education:
✔Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Technology,



Pharmaceutical Sciences, Production, or related disciplines.

Hard Skills:
✔Proficiency with packaging machinery and equipment operations.
✔Strong understanding of quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
✔Familiarity with cosmetic or oral care packaging processes.
✔Ability to manage production records and shift planning.

Soft Skills:
✔Excellent leadership and team management skills.
✔Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
✔Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
✔High attention to detail and focus on quality assurance.

Preferred Experience:
✔2–5 years of experience as a Packaging Supervisor in a cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
✔Prior experience in handling packaging audits, line efficiency, and manpower supervision is desirable.
