Your key responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Outbound Prospecting: Call potential customers from provided databases to pitch banking products.
- Asset Sales: Market and sell Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and Working Capital.
- Liability Mobilization: Source new Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Term Deposits.

Customer Engagement & Support

- Lead Nurturing:



Follow up on digital leads, website inquiries, and dropped application funnels.
- Product Guidance: Explain interest rates, processing fees, loan eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly.
- Query Resolution: Address customer grievances, product doubts, and fee-related questions professionally.

Your skills and experience

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in tele-sales, banking, financial services, or BPO outbound sales.
- Strong command over regional languages and English (both verbal and written).
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer objections.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LMS, and Excel.
