Sales Officer – Investments

Locations:

Thrissur: Aluva, Angamaly, Irinjalakuda, Round South, Guruvayoor, Vadakkanchery,Thrissur Round South& North

Palakkad: Pattambi, Pathiripala, Wadakkanchery

Malappuram: Ponnani , Edappal

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month+Incentives

Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience OR Freshers with excellent sales aptitude

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree is mandatory (Except B.Tech)

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Working Days:Monday to Saturday(Alternate Saturday off)

Travel Requirement: Up to 75% field travel

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer – Investment to promote and sell financial investment products.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable investment solutions.

Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new customers through field sales and business development activities.

- Promote and sell investment and financial products to recent and existing clients.

- Conduct financial need analysis and recommend appropriate investment solutions.





- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing continuous support and guidance.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer service.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in Banking, BFSI, Insurance, NBFC, or Financial Services.

- Freshers with excellent sales skills and willingness to build a career in financial sales are also encouraged to apply.

- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory (B.Tech graduates are not eligible).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Basic understanding of financial products and investment services is preferred.

- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings (up to 75%).
