The role involves leading end-to-end project execution, managing consultants and contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery, and driving project completion as per approved schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of residential high-rise construction projects.
- Manage project planning, execution, and site operations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines, quality, safety, and budgets.
- Oversee Mivan Shuttering execution and construction activities.
- Resolve project challenges and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare project progress reports and review project milestones.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Extensive experience in residential high-rise construction.
- Must have executed projects of 20 floors or above.
- Hands-on experience with Mivan formwork technology.
- Strong experience managing consultants, contractors, and project schedules.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Requirements
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced Excel.
