Role Overview:

ConceptNXT Technologies LLP is looking for energetic and experienced Telesales Executive to join our sales team. Candidates with experience in the IT service industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain IT services & solutions.
- Generate new leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Perform regular follow-up calls to maintain solid customer engagement.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product/service details.
- Maintain call logs, CRM updates, and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

Required Skills:

- 2–3 years of experience as a Telesales Executive in an IT service or IT solutions company.
- Strong communication, listening,



and customer handling skills.
- Ability to understand and explain IT services such as:

– Cyber Security solutions (firewalls, endpoint security, email security, MDM, etc.)

– Cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS)

– IT Hardware solutions (laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices)

- Knowledge in the above areas will be considered a strong value-added advantage.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, target oriented, and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer operations.

Salary + incentive

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
