- Conduct in-process and final inspection of machined components.
- Inspect VTL and Floor Borer machined parts as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and technical specifications.
- Perform dimensional inspection using precision measuring instruments.
- Ensure products conform to customer requirements and quality standards.
- Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production and Machining teams to resolve quality issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
