Production and Batch Execution

- Follow the Master Formula Record (MFR) to mix liquid solutions and semi-solid ointments accurately.
- Operate and clean heavy manufacturing gear like homogenizers, mixing tanks, and filling lines.
- Supervise workers on the floor to make sure they follow daily production plans.

Quality and Compliance

- Run in-process checks (such as pH, viscosity, and weight) to verify product consistency.
- Follow Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Work with the quality team (QA/QC) to test raw materials and clear finished goods.

Documentation and Safety

- Fill out batch manufacturing records (BMR) completely for every single production run.




- Report any production errors or machine issues right away.
- Keep the work area clean and safe while handling active chemicals.
