Bhavin Gems is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in diamond, jewellery, or inside sales.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: On-site, Surat
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
