Position: Manager / Senior Manager - HR & IR

Reporting to: Plant Director / Managing Director

Department: HR & Admin.

RESPONSIBILITY

Ø Recruitment of candidates for various positions through diverse sources like job portals, references, consultants etc…

Ø Manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs based on skill matrix

Ø Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work setting

Ø Compliance of legal / Statutory requirements

Ø Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Ø Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.

Ø Obtaining Form-8 (Pressure vessel and compressor test report)

Ø Overseeing the payroll function

Ø Control of Security staff

Ø Employee Welfare and canteen supervision

Ø Build team spirit, motivate and maintain engagement of team members

AUTHORITIES

Authorized to





Ø Recruit workmen and staff up to the level of Supervisors in consultation with concerned HODs.

Ø Take disciplinary action on workmen staff up to the level of Supervisors based on complaints received from concerned HODs.

Ø Appoint Sub contractors for unskilled jobs.

Ø Liaison with Statutory authorities for smooth legal compliance

Ø Exercise control over Security and canteen staff

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
