Job Functions & Responsibilities

- Understand client brands, including their identity, market positioning, target audience, products, and services, to create impactful exhibition experiences.
- Develop innovative 3D concepts and creative design solutions for exhibition stalls, retail spaces, kiosks, and experiential environments.
- Design custom exhibition stalls using Autodesk 3ds Max, ensuring creativity, functionality, and adherence to client requirements.
- Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for client approvals.
- Collaborate with the Business Development, Production, and Operations teams to transform client briefs into practical and cost-effective design solutions.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, production drawings, and fabrication-ready files for execution.
- Develop artwork layouts, branding applications, graphics, presentations, and print-ready collateral for exhibition projects.
- Handle complete design projects independently—from concept development to final execution—for small, medium, and large-scale exhibition stands.
- Provide creative inputs and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate cutting-edge exhibition and events design concepts.
- Ensure designs are feasible for fabrication while considering budget, materials, venue regulations, structural stability, and installation requirements.




- Coordinate with production vendors and site execution teams to resolve design-related queries during fabrication and installation.
- Stay updated with the latest exhibition design trends, materials, lighting techniques, software advancements, and industry best practices.
- Research competitor designs and emerging technologies to continuously improve creativity and design quality.
- Maintain organized project files, artwork, 3D models, textures, and design libraries.
- Meet project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and creativity.
- Incorporate client feedback efficiently and deliver revised concepts within committed deadlines.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max (mandatory).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and V-Ray/Corona Renderer will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of exhibition stall fabrication materials, production processes, and structural detailing.
- Excellent visualization, conceptualization, and creative thinking skills.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and spatial planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
