Patent Associate / Patent Agent in Patent Practice with Chemistry Background for Pune

Job Description:

- Handling of patent searches, drafting, filing, prosecution, freedom-to-operate opinions and allied matters.
- Reporting to Senior team members and reporting to Partners.
- Conducting Patent Research (Patent Prior Art Search, Patent Invalidity Search etc.)
- Drafting of Patent Applications
- Patent Prosecution
- Patent infringement

Ideal Candidate:

- Mandatory: Registered Indian Patent Agent.
- Education: Masters or Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years patent drafting and prosecution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with robust attention to technical detail.

Skills Required:

- Self-starter.
- Sound communication skills.
- Independently working and along with team members within the firm.
- Attention to detail.
