Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager from the Plastic Moulding/Plastic Manufacturing industry to drive business growth, strengthen market presence, and develop effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial/B2B marketing, customer relationship management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and business growth.

- Identify new business opportunities and target markets within the plastic manufacturing sector.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Management teams to achieve business objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, industrial clients, and channel partners.

- Plan and execute product launches, exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.

- Prepare marketing budgets, forecasts, and periodic performance reports.

- Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.





- Ensure achievement of marketing goals while maintaining profitability.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing / PGDM (Marketing) or Graduate with relevant experience.

- 8–10 years of experience in the Plastic Moulding / Plastic Manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and industrial product promotion.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
