We are looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events while ensuring seamless coordination between clients, management, vendors, and internal teams. This role will be the central point of communication and operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with clients from planning to event completion.
* Manage event timelines, schedules, and execution.
* Coordinate with production, design, operations, and marketing teams.
* Ensure smooth communication between staff and management.
* Develop and maintain event checklists, SOPs, and documentation.
* Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
* Coordinate with the social media team for timely event coverage and content updates.
* Resolve operational issues and ensure high-quality event execution.
Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in event management or operations.
* Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
