Santamonica Study Abroad is looking for a Student Relation Officer to join our Kothamangalam office. The role involves assisting students throughout the admission process and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with course and application enquiries.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students.
- Coordinate documentation and application processing.
- Support students throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Customer service or counselling experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
