We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Executive who is eager to build a career in IT Recruitment. If you enjoy interacting with people, learning new technologies, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Candidates currently pursuing graduation are not eligible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.




- Candidates with strong English communication and interpersonal skills will be given preference.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for recruitment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Work Location

- Sector 142, Noida.
- Candidates must be able to commute to the office daily.

Working Days

- Monday to Friday.
- Alternate Saturdays are working.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners only.
- Candidates with strong communication, confidence, and a professional attitude will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, or nearby locations will be preferred.
- Candidate must have his / her personal laptop
