Role Overview: As a Special Educator, you will play a transformative role in our school community. You will identify, support, and empower students with diverse learning challenges. The ideal candidate will possess the technical expertise to design robust educational interventions, a valid RCI registration, and the emotional intelligence to foster a nurturing classroom environment for our girls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and regularly track Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique cognitive, behavioral, and academic profile.
- Modify and adapt core curriculum teaching methods, learning materials, and testing formats to suit diverse learning challenges.
- Continuously evaluate students' abilities and performance to create and refine personalized learning and behavioral strategies.
- Partner closely with subject teachers, school counselors, and parents to ensure holistic, consistent support for the student both at school and at home.
- Maintain a secure, structured, and inclusive classroom dynamic that promotes student confidence, independence, and emotional well-being.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Certification (Mandatory):



Active Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) registration is a strict prerequisite.
- B.Ed. in Special Education, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Special Education from a recognized university.
- Valid teaching license or credential specific to Special Education.
- Proven experience working effectively with children with special needs in a school setting.
- Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential for parental communication and documentation.
- Exceptional patience, deep empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
