Job Summary

We are looking for a Blockchain & Crypto Lead Generation Specialist who has hands-on experience generating qualified B2B leads in the blockchain, Web3, crypto, AI, DeFi, and fintech industries. The ideal candidate should know how to identify decision-makers, build targeted prospect lists, run outreach campaigns, and deliver high-quality leads that convert into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads for blockchain, crypto, Web3, DeFi, NFT, AI, and fintech solutions.
- Research and identify startups, enterprises, exchanges, investors, VCs, validators, mining companies, and blockchain projects.
- Build verified databases of CEOs, Founders, CTOs, CMOs, Business Heads, and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), Reddit, crypto communities, events, and online directories.
- Execute cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Identify partnership opportunities with blockchain ecosystems and communities.
- Manage CRM and maintain an updated lead pipeline.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify and nurture leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.

Required Skills

- 3–7 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation.
- Solid understanding of Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, Web3, DeFi, Layer 1 & Layer 2 ecosystems, Smart Contracts, NFTs, RWA, AI, and tokenization.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase,



CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, CryptoRank, PitchBook (preferred), and other lead generation platforms.
- Knowledge of email outreach tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, Smartlead, or similar.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Ability to research blockchain projects and identify business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should understand the blockchain ecosystem, know where crypto founders and decision-makers are active, and have proven experience generating high-quality B2B leads that result in meetings, partnerships, and sales opportunities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
