Job Title: Duty Manager

Location: Regenta Baywatch Resort, Sernabatim, South Goa
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Front Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and act as the point of contact during shifts. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle both staff and customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth shift transitions
- Act as the main point of contact for staff and guests during assigned shifts
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Monitor staff performance and provide support or direction as needed
- Prepare shift reports and escalate major issues to senior management
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house teams as required

Qualifications:





- Proven experience in a supervisory (hospitality)
- Minimum 1-2 years of Experience as a DM
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
