About Us

TransportKhata is the No. 1 Transport Management App helping transporters manage trips, drivers, expenses, FASTag, invoicing, and business operations digitally. We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone and WhatsApp
- Assist customers in using TransportKhata software
- Resolve basic customer issues
- Coordinate with the technical team when required
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers for issue resolution

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Freshers are welcome to apply
