Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities for premium residential projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, RCC works, finishing activities, quality control, and coordination with contractors to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor RCC, structural, and finishing works while maintaining project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth site execution.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at the construction site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Monitor manpower, materials,



and work progress to achieve project milestones.

Requirements

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in residential/high-rise real estate construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, site execution, finishing works, and quality control.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Experience with reputed real estate developers.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
