Key Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly and annual sales targets for two-wheelers.
- Manage and lead the sales team, including Sales Executives.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, campaigns, and events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with inventory/logistics.
- Ensure proper documentation and billing process.
- Build relationships with finance partners for vehicle loans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Improve branch profitability through effective cost control.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
