Job Title: Diploma Mechanical Engineer – Production & Installation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Diploma Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, coordinating installation work at customer sites, ensuring product quality, and improving manufacturing processes. Candidates should be willing to work both at the factory and visit project sites when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day manufacturing activities.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Perform site measurements for rolling shutter and fabrication projects.
- Coordinate installation teams and monitor project progress.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare production reports and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with stores and purchase departments for material requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
- Conduct quality inspections before dispatch.
- Follow workplace safety standards and company policies.
- Handle customer queries related to installation and service whenever required.





Required Qualifications:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers may apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and measurements.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits when required.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing.
- Experience in production planning and quality control.
- Ability to coordinate manpower effectively.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary:

- ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).
- Performance incentives may be provided based on project completion and productivity.
