We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to lead the operations of our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in production planning, team management, quality control, inventory management, and process improvement.
The role requires excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, achieve production targets, maintain quality standards, and uphold workplace safety. Experience in lean manufacturing, cost optimization, and coordinating with cross-functional teams will be an added advantage.
