Job Description

Core Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance SAP CRM Web Client UI applications and custom components
- Implement UI framework enhancements and configurations using Object-Oriented ABAP
- Participate in end-to-end SAP CRM implementation, upgrade, and post–go-live support activities
- Analyze, debug, and resolve complex technical and performance issues within CRM landscape
- Develop and support CRM–ECC integrations ensuring data consistency and process continuity
- Collaborate with functional consultants, BASIS teams, and business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution delivery
- Prepare technical documentation, transport management, and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
