About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS, and preferably come from the freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and manage GST and TDS calculations, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.





Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in the Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
