Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct employment verification and end-to-end background verification processes
- Perform document validation, data processing, and ensure accuracy of records
- Maintain verification reports, databases, and operational trackers
- Handle backend HR operations and coordinate with internal teams/clients for case closure
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Background Verification (BGV) or backend HR operations
- Good communication, problem solving skill, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage HR verification processes efficiently
- Preferred Languages : Kannada, Telugu, and English
- Interview mode : Face to Face Interview
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
