Job Description - ManageEngine Solution Architect

Job Title: ManageEngine Solution Architect
Experience: 10+ Years (with 7+ years of ManageEngine solution design and implementation experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ManageEngine Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of ManageEngine solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ManageEngine products, enterprise architecture, ITSM processes, automation, integrations, security, and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, infrastructure teams, and vendors to deliver scalable and secure IT management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

- Define enterprise-wide architecture and roadmap for ManageEngine platforms.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-availability ManageEngine deployments.
- Architect end-to-end ITSM, IT Operations, Endpoint Management, Identity Management, and Monitoring solutions.
- Conduct architecture reviews and recommend best practices for ManageEngine implementations.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance policies.

ManageEngine Platform Leadership

- Lead implementation and optimization of:

ServiceDesk Plus

Endpoint Central

OpManager

ADManager Plus

ADAudit Plus

PAM360

Applications Manager

ServiceDesk Plus MSP (where applicable)

- Design service catalogs, workflows, SLAs, approval processes, and automation frameworks.
- Define platform standards, configuration strategies, and operational procedures.

Integration & Automation

- Architect integrations between ManageEngine and enterprise systems such as:

SAP

Oracle

Salesforce

Workday

Active Directory

Azure AD

SIEM platforms

Monitoring tools

Cloud platforms

- Design API-led integration frameworks using REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Lead automation initiatives for incident management, service requests, asset lifecycle management, and user provisioning.

Security & Compliance





- Design secure access models and role-based access controls.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Implement audit, monitoring, privileged access management, and security controls.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to strengthen platform security.

Stakeholder Management

- Engage with business leaders and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and architecture designs.
- Present architecture recommendations to senior leadership.
- Provide technical guidance to developers, administrators, and implementation teams.

Governance & Best Practices

- Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct solution reviews, performance assessments, and optimization exercises.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the ManageEngine ecosystem.
- Create architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of IT experience with strong enterprise solution architecture expertise.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing and architecting ManageEngine solutions.
- Deep expertise in ServiceDesk Plus, Endpoint Central, OpManager, ADManager Plus, ADAudit Plus, and PAM360.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, IT Operations, and Enterprise Service Management.
- Extensive experience with REST APIs, SDKs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Endpoint Security.
- Experience designing high-availability and scalable enterprise architectures.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, servers, cloud platforms, and security architecture.
- Experience with workflow automation and orchestration platforms.




- Strong SQL and database management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation frameworks.
- Experience integrating with SIEM, monitoring, ERP, CRM, and HRMS platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise middleware and integration platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.

Certifications (Preferred)

- ITIL Foundation / ITIL Managing Skilled
- ManageEngine Product Certifications
- TOGAF Certification
- Microsoft Azure Certifications
- AWS Solutions Architect Certification
- Security Certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.)

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master's degree preferred.
