Placement Coordinator

Location: Guwahati

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (DDUGKY work Experience is Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Build placement partnerships with companies across sectors.
- Schedule interviews, conduct pre-placement training, and assist students.
- Maintain employer database and placement documentation.
- Conduct employer visits and follow-ups for student tracking.
- Ensure placement targets and retention as per DDUGKY norms.
- Handle post-placement verification and reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate with experience in placement coordination / recruitment / HR.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet placement targets and manage employer relationships.
- Familiarity with DDUGKY placement documentation is a plus.
- Willing to travel for employer meetings when required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
