Job Description – HR Generalist

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and supporting overall HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for open positions.
- Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal process.
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Ensure HR policies are properly implemented.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or related field.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws basics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

- Robust problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Valuable understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience in HR Generalist role will be preferred.

Experience

- 1–4 years of HR experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong HR knowledge may also apply.
