Skills & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end GCP cloud migration projects within the telecommunications domain; drive full lifecycle of telecom cloud migration projects on GCP planning, execution, delivery, post-migration stabilization; define migration strategy, scope, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders; lead cross-functional teams across network, infrastructure, applications, and security domains to ensure alignment and accountability; manage project risks, dependencies, and governance to ensure secure and compliant migrations; ensure interoperability with legacy telecom systems post-migration and support operational readiness; monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership; promote continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the migration lifecycle

Technical Knowledge & GCP Tools
Hands-on knowledge of GCP services and migration tools Migrate to Virtual Machines, Database Migration Service, Storage Transfer Service, Transfer Appliance; strong understanding of telecom systems (OSS/BSS)



and cloud migration best practices; experience with GCP architecture and core services Compute Engine, Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL; familiarity with GCP migration patterns lift-and-shift, re-platforming, re-architecting; experience in project governance, operational readiness, and compliance on cloud platforms

Positive to Have Skills
Prior experience managing complex GCP migration projects, preferably in telecom; knowledge of cloud-native modernization and hybrid cloud architectures; familiarity with IaC (Terraform, Deployment Manager) and automation of cloud deployments; strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills; relevant GCP certifications (Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer)
