Job Responsibilities:

- Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, and maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations.
- Attend breakdown complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical support.
- Maintain service reports and update daily visit records.
- Ensure proper functioning and performance of equipment after service.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
- Follow company safety and service protocols during field visits.

Requirements:

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- Prior experience in field service or maintenance preferred.
- Basic troubleshooting and technical knowledge.
- Positive communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.

Preferred:

- Experience in battery, inverter, automotive, or OEM industry.
