We’re Hiring – Sales Manager – Cattle Feed Division
Origen Agro & Foodtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-orientated Sales Manager for its Cattle Feed Division. We offer an attractive salary package, performance-based incentives, and excellent growth opportunities opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. An MBA/postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the cattle feed, agriculture, FMCG, or allied industries.
Age: 25 to 45 years.

- Strong customer relationship management.
- Team leadership and people management skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- Ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new markets and expand the company’s customer base.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to support business growth.
Salary: Attractive based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
Performance-based incentives will be offered upon achieving sales targets.
