Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources/ any related
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and compliance .
Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and hands-on experience with payroll and HR software ( Keka, ADP, SAP) .
Core Competencies: Strong mathematical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a high degree of integrity for handling confidential information.
