A mechanical and electrical (M&E;) supervisor leads technical teams, manages equipment upkeep, and ensures safety compliance.

- Team Leadership: Direct daily work for mechanical and electrical technicians.
- System Maintenance: Oversee routine checks and repairs for HVAC, power systems, and machinery.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex hardware or circuit failures using blueprints and schematics.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety rules on the job site.
- Scheduling: Plan preventive maintenance and coordinate project tasks with other departments.
- Key Requirements
- Education: Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on supervisory work in industrial or facilities settings.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read wiring diagrams, blue prints, and mechanical drawings.
- Soft Skills: Solid communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
