About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical professional to lead our Data Intelligence and Business Analytics function transforming data into strategic insights, building scalable reporting systems, and implementing AI-driven solutions. Strong SQL skills, dashboard expertise, and working knowledge of ML/AI are required.

Key responsibilities

Business intelligence & analytics

- Own end-to-end reporting across Operations, Finance, Supply, Marketplace, Fleet, Driver Ops, Product, and Leadership.
- Design and maintain executive dashboards (Metabase, SQL, Google Sheets, Excel); define KPIs, metrics, and data governance; reconcile driver payouts.

Data engineering & SQL

- Write optimized PostgreSQL queries using complex joins, CTEs, Window Functions, Recursive Queries, and Materialized Views.
- Build reusable SQL models, automated pipelines, and optimize slow-running dashboards.

Business strategy

- Partner with Founders, Ops, Product, Finance, and City Teams to identify revenue opportunities, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
- Design incentive structures, build forecasting models, and conduct root cause analysis.

AI & data science





- Build predictive models: Driver Attrition, Demand/Revenue Forecasting, Vehicle Breakdown, and Driver Performance.
- Customer Segmentation, Recommendation Systems, Anomaly Detection, LLM-powered internal tools, NLP solutions, and AI-integrated dashboards.

Technical skills

Mandatory

PostgreSQL (Advanced), SQL (Expert), Metabase, Python, Google Sheets, Excel (Advanced), Data Visualization, Dashboard Development, KPI Design, Reporting Automation.

Analytical

Cohort, Funnel, Retention, Revenue, Operational, Marketplace, Supply-Demand Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Forecasting, Statistical Analysis.

Qualifications

- Bachelors in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, or Strategy.
- Experience in logistics, mobility, ride-hailing, fleet management, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
