Purchase Executive Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle procurement and purchasing activities for construction materials
* Maintain updated knowledge of market rates and pricing trends
* Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
* Collect, compare, and evaluate quotations from vendors
* Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery
* Coordinate with project/site teams regarding material requirements
Skills Required:
* Robust negotiation skills
* Vendor management skills
* Knowledge of quotations and procurement process
* Good knowledge of construction materials
* Knowledge of market pricing and material rates
* Communication and coordination skills
* MS Excel and basic computer knowledge
* Basic understanding of construction company operations
Preferred:
* Candidates with prior experience in a construction company will be preferred
