Job Description

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our admissions and sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in EdTech sales, team management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Drive student admissions through lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.





Eligibility

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in EdTech sales (team handling experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a proven sales record.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
