Your work profile

Integration Delivery & Workstream Management

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) workstreams across Oracle Fusion, EBS, and third-party systems
- Plan and manage integration scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to delivery governance, quality standards, and security guidelines
- Identify integration risks and issues, and drive timely resolution and escalation
- Oracle Integration Cloud Solution Leadership
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing integration architectures using OIC
- Lead development of integrations including app-driven, scheduled, and event-based patterns




- Guide usage of OIC adapters (ERP Cloud, REST, SOAP, FTP, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Drive best practices for error handling, reprocessing, monitoring, and logging
- Support Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud integration and coexistence architectures
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary integration point of contact for client stakeholders
- Participate in solution design discussions, technical workshops, and architecture reviews
- Provide regular status updates to project leadership and governance forums
- Support pursuits, estimations, and solution transition activities for new engagements

Key skills required

- 8–11 years of overall IT / integration experience
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Robust experience integrating Oracle Fusion Applications with external systems
- Experience leading integration workstreams and managing delivery teams
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, security, and middleware concepts
- Education-Any UG
