- Assist service customers professionally.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls and collect customer feedback.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the service team to provide regular customer updates.
- Schedule service appointments and send reminders.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Support customer satisfaction (CSI) initiatives and service campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Customer-centric attitude with a qualified appearance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
