Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of the college hostel and ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise hostel operations and maintain discipline.
- Monitor student attendance and entry/exit records.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
- Handle student grievances and report issues to the administration.
- Conduct regular inspections of hostel rooms and common areas.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in hostel administration or supervisory roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and record maintenance skills.
