Job Summary

A Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying customer needs, explaining vehicle features, conducting test drives, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with leads generated through inquiries, calls, and social media.
- Prepare quotations and complete sales documentation.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements





- PUC / Degree (any discipline).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
