Job Role: ServiceNow Automation Engineer
Location: Remote
Start Date: Immediately - Within 1–3 weeks
Employment Type: Contract - 6 Months Extendable

Work Shift : Overlapping India and UK Time Zone
Availability: Immediate to 3 weeks preferred.

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Automation Engineer with hands-on expertise in AutomatePro (preferred) or an equivalent ServiceNow test automation platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions to support ServiceNow platform implementations and releases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for ServiceNow applications.
- Build and execute regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end automation tests.
- Configure and manage AutomatePro (or equivalent) for test automation and release validation.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyse test results, investigate failures, and support defect resolution.




- Maintain automation frameworks and improve test coverage across ServiceNow modules.
- Produce automation metrics and test execution reports.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of ServiceNow testing and automation experience.
- Hands-on experience with AutomatePro (preferred) or equivalent tools such as ATF (Automated Test Framework), ACC-Q, Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, or similar ServiceNow automation solutions.
- Experience across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
- Positive understanding of ServiceNow development, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Experience integrating automation with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, or similar CI/CD tools.
