- Project Planning & Budgeting: Develop project timelines, scopes, and budgets, closely tracking costs and forecasting potential overruns.
- Client Relations: Liaise with clients to interpret their needs, present design concepts, and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Sourcing & Procurement: Manage the procurement of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E;), tracking lead times, deliveries, and addressing damaged or missing items.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors, skilled laborers, and vendors to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
