Following are the Brief points of the Job requirements

- Test Execution: Write and execute test cases, test scenarios, and checklists for web and mobile applications.
- Functional & Regression Testing: Perform functional, regression, ad-hoc, and cross-browser testing across releases.
- Bug Tracking: Log, prioritize, and track defects in Jira; follow up with developers to verify fixes.
- Test Documentation: Prepare and maintain test cases, test plans, and daily/weekly status reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers and senior QA to understand requirements and ensure accurate test coverage.
- CMS & Web/Mobile Testing: Test website, mobile app, and CMS-based applications for functional correctness.
- API Testing (Basic): Support API testing using Postman for endpoint validation.
- Agile Participation: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Learning & Growth:



Build skills in automation and other testing types under mentorship of the QA Lead/Senior QA.

Must Have Skills

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience writing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.
- Solid understanding of functional testing, UI testing, and cross-browser testing.
- Working knowledge of manual testing techniques (positive/negative/boundary testing).
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira.
- Basic understanding of the STLC and Agile/Scrum methodology.

Primary Skills & Tools

- Exposure to API testing using Postman.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) or mobile app testing.
- Good communication skills - able to write transparent bug reports and communicate with the dev team.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data verification.
- Ability to work on multiple small tasks/projects under supervision.

Good To Have

- Exposure to any automation tool (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)
- Basic knowledge of performance/load testing tools (JMeter).
- Exposure to CI/CD concepts (Jenkins, Git).
