About Us:
Pramanicus Academy is a training institute in Ramanthapur, Hyderabad, offering courses in Python, Full Stack Development, Java, C, and Advanced Excel. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and communicative individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Counsellor.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist walk-in visitors and manage front-desk operations
- Handle enquiry calls and respond to messages/DMs regarding courses
- Counsel prospective students on course options, fees, and duration based on their goals and background
- Follow up with leads and support the admissions process
- Maintain student records and enquiry data (basic Excel/computer work)
- Coordinate with faculty and management for scheduling and student queries

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Pleasant, patient, and customer-friendly attitude




- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp)
- Prior experience in front-desk, counselling, or sales roles preferred (freshers with the right attitude are welcome)
- Ability to multitask and manage walk-ins, calls, and admissions simultaneously

Salary: 15,000
