Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Gross), based on experience and skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production & Planning Manager to oversee production planning and coordination in our electrical manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production planning, line balancing, raw material coordination, and manufacturing of electrical components. The role requires ensuring smooth production operations by planning daily, monthly, and quarterly production schedules while coordinating with stores and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly production plans.
- Plan production activities based on customer orders, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity.
- Coordinate with the Raw Material Store to ensure timely availability of electrical components and materials.
- Arrange and allocate production line activities for efficient workflow.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time completion of manufacturing targets.




- Coordinate with production supervisors and other departments to maintain smooth production flow.
- Optimize production line utilization and improve productivity.
- Track production progress and resolve planning-related issues.
- Ensure minimum production delays due to material shortages or process bottlenecks.
- Maintain production planning reports, MIS, and inventory-related documentation.
- Work closely with Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
- Experience in electrical manufacturing and electrical components.
- Good understanding of production line management and line balancing.
- Knowledge of inventory planning and raw material coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team coordination abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning within the Electrical Manufacturing Industry.
- Ability to manage multiple production lines and meet delivery timelines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working under pressure to achieve production targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
